I read somewhere 'consider yourself lucky if you have Mr.Leiva as your attorney'. I think that is an understatement. He isnot your average lawyer, he's a strong attorney. Pleasure working with him. He makes a strong team with Muhammad (elsayeed) law. The way he communicates in the court tells you he's not someone to be taken lightly.

Mariam Ebrahimi is one of the best attorneys I came across in my life. She is very detailed oriented, extremely organized, very careful and selective when taking cases. She stays focused on your case from the get-go all the way to the victorious end. She was instrumental in winning a two-year long custody battle over my daughter. My ex-wife went through several opposing counsels because they kept loosing. Finally, the ex-wife settled on her final opposing counsel whose reputation preceded him as a very aggressive lawyer. The opposing side mounted quite a massive offense and chances of me winning didn’t look great. But thanks to Mariam’s resourcefulness, her focus on the details, her brilliant mind and her amazing legal talent the cornerstone of the opposing counsel’s strategy was taken down so fast that my opponent was left in a complete awe and shock. So the other side was left with nothing else except to make new lies and new allegations on the go without even thinking about corroborating dates and facts which we also beat easily. Although the actual two-day court hearing was the climax of this custody fight that lasted for almost two years the actual battle and all the hard work started when Mariam took my case. Before taking my case she gave it a thorough assessment because she wanted to make sure we could win it. She then tried to protect me from all possible angles. Yes, she made me work really hard in compiling evidence, writing hundreds of pages, putting together gigabytes of photo and video materials and supporting documents. What also truly impressed me that Mrs. Ebrahimi truly cared for my daughter and wanted what was the best for her and to minimize any harm that might come my opponent’s actions. If you want a winning chance, I would pick Mariam Ebrahimi in a heart beat! She is one of the best and toughest family lawyers out there.

After almost 2 years and a large sum of legal fee this lawyer totally ruined my case. She is not capable of handling complex cases and her fees and charges were sketchy and unaccounted for. She refused to provide written statements for her services. I will not recommend this attorney for family law cases. She is a solo practitioner who is not the best way to go for serious cases. I found her online paralegal not competent for the job.
