Consider yourself very very lucky if you get the chance to have Mr. Leiva as your attorney should you need one. Mr. Leiva is a dedicated and highly intelligent attorney who uses his deep and specific knowledge of the law to protect his clients. His sense of timing and strategy is quite nuanced and is invaluable in supporting his work. Mr. Leiva is respected by judges, prosecutors and other criminal attorneys and this is apparent as soon as a client is working with him. Mr. Leiva represented me for several charges that included both felonies and misdemeanors. Over the course of more than a year each outcome was successful for me and his defense of my case was true and presented with integrity. His office staff is supportive, reliable , quick to respond and nice to work with. This firm is the best of the best. Truly.

Very good lawyer. Always answers your questions whenever you need it. Excellent in court. Has a lot of knowledge about the law and makes sure his clients get the justice they deserve.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my legal matter. However, I was not pleased with Mr. Leiva's attitude and interaction with me as a client. I found it difficult to correspond with him and disappointed in his inability to share information about my matter. When I finally met him I felt like I was just a paycheck to him as exemplfied by the way he cut me off in mid sentence and excused himself. I would not recommend him.
