My experience with Mr. Ebert is that he is a competent paper pusher, but is out of his element in any actual litigation or confrontational issues with other attorneys. He is quick to give in to aggressive moves by other attorneys. In my particular case he advised me to settle without even exploring the facts of the case with me and is constantly worried about how he personally might be inconvenienced by frivolous actions threatened by opposing an opposing plantiff. I would recommend seeking another lawyer if the possibility of litigation or mediation is likely. If you just want a contract drawn up, he is reasonably priced and does a thorough job.
