I'm thankful that I was pointed in the right direction to seek Mr Katz assistance. I must say he definitely did a thorough job of getting to the bottom of the issue. On the numerous occasions that we met, he was very informative and reassuring. I was confident with his measures and I would consider him " creme de la creme" Each day of my appearance his legal assistance (Rachel) was very attentive. I hired Mr.Fox to go over our issue with the property taxes. During the closing, bank made a mistake and didn’t withhold enough money for the escrow which was a result of $700 increase in our monthly mortgage.
