Great so far

I hired S&R Law Firm to represent me for a traffic ticket in Fairfax County. I choose them after calling multiple law firms and getting exorbitant quotes and egotistical lawyers. They helped clarify the process and had a fair price. Well worth the investment as they got an outstanding outcome in court. Should I need their services I would 100% use them again. Highly recommended.

You might be asking yourself if you need a lawyer for a traffic ticket. If you got the ticket in Fairfax County, you do. The Fairfax County District Court is notoriously hard on people who get traffic tickets. If you show up in court, the Commonwealth Attorney won't even talk to you. If you plead not-guilty before the judge, you make your case, the cop makes your case, and then you are found guilty 99.9% of the time. If you go into Fairfax County District Court without a lawyer, you're sharkbait. I retained the S&R Law Firm because I got what I thought was a very unfair speeding ticket. For a very fair fee, they represented me in court, THREE TIMES, obtained two continuances, and eventually got the infraction reduced. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Ben and Ryan will work WITH you and FOR you. They got it done for me, and they'll get it done for you.

I hired S&R after consulting with over a dozen firms in the area. S&R was the only firm that seemed to actually care about the outcome of my case more than if I hired them or not. After my first meeting with Mr. Rambudhan I was sure I wanted him representing me in court. Mr. Rambudhan represented me in Fairfax county court for a misdemeanor. Going into court I was confident Mr. Rambudhan would at least be able to get the charges reduced. After he spoke to the prosecution he was able to get the charges completely dismissed. No classes, no fines, no tests. All the expectations were exceeded by far. Mr. Rambudhan took a vested interest in my case from the start and charged a VERY reasonable fee. I recommend Mr. Rambudhan to anyone who needs an experienced and effective defense attorney.

I hired Ryan and explained my situation on how I was already gonna be living in a new state by the time my court happened. I was really stressed out about the whole situation. Ryan explained to me all possible outcomes and told me he would fight to get it taken care of and even waived my court appearance. Ryan was very professional and returned my calls and email in a timely manner and kept me up to speed on my case. I didn't need to use their flexible payment plans but it is very good to know they are available to you. You will not regret hiring.

I wholeheartedly agree with the existing reviews in regards to Sharon's expertise and demeanor. She is fair, honest, realistic, warm and perceptive. Right from the start, her goal was to help me come out on the other side of this divorce with the ability to rebuild my life - NOT to spend needless amounts of time and money trying to inflict pain on the person whose decisions destroyed our family life. She was truly the calm throughout the most difficult time of my life and kept me focused on the most important parts of the case. While she did her best to minimize fees and approach the case with a strategy of resolving things quickly and reasonably, she is definitely the one you want by your side when forced to litigate. I had many friends and family members in the court room and each one of them commented to me about how outstanding she was in court. In addition to her legal expertise, Sharon's life experiences as a parent and spouse helped me navigate very difficult parenting situations and personal hurdles. The advice and confidence she inspired in those areas could never be billed at an hourly rate. She is simply "the best". I consulted with several attorneys before a friend recommended Sharon, and choosing her was unequivocally the best decision I made. If you have to go through "the worst", you might as well have "the best" by your side.

Sharon tries to help her clients, not to create a huge bill to charge them later. She is compassionate and caring. She is reasonable and fair. She does honest work. I have a lot of respect for her style of work. I was referred to see her through another attorney friend of mine. I was very lucky. Sharon, helped me with my divorce and charged me a flat reasonable fee to do this. I highly recommend her.

Sharon saved my life! She is fair, direct and very thorough. Sharon was able to take my very difficult case and stick with me through to the favorable outcome for me and my children. She understood the issues and was fair and demonstrates respect for all while doing the right thing in regard to the law. Sharon is an excellent communicator and is able to work with family members graciously and with heartfelt intent, keeping her client's best interests in mind but not trying to be self serving and she is very fair with fees and payments. She understands the emotional side and the financial implications and devastations of divorce. Without Sharon's expertise I would have been destitute. I'd had a TERRIBLE experience in Family Court over the last several years with loss after loss. I went through 2 different attorneys who only seemed concerned with billing and didn't take the time to really listen and to help me. After being fed up with attorneys acting like they were doing me a favor to work on my case for hundreds of dollars an hour, I hired Sharon with only a few days to go before a court proceeding. Right from the start, she was caring and knowledgeable and actually listened. She successfully argued for a continuance and was able to put together a winning strategy for court so, for once, I had a successful outcome. In preparing my case, it was not uncommon for me to get an email at 11:00 at night from Sharon saying, "what about this?" or "have you thought of this?" She obviously cares about the people she represents and genuinely wants to help. Her billing is extremely fair and she could have billed me for many hours of her time, both during work hours and after, but she chose not to out of the kindness of her heart. She has even helped me find a lawyer in another state to help me with a visitation matter. Also, she is very respectful to opposing counsel yet no nonsense. Sharon Filipour is simply an excellent and caring attorney. She listens very carefully to her client and makes a whole picture of the situation first. Then, she checks the chances of litigating versus agreement, a great way to save her clients money and time. Another fascinating aspect of Sharon Filipour's work is her warm and human way of thinking. I truly believe Sharon is a fantastic attorney and recommend her without any reservations whatsoever to other clients who might consider her as their attorney. Sharon never lets her clients alone.
