I have used Phil’s services multiple times, I have referred family members and close friends. I have been very pleased with not only how I was represented, but how I was cared for. Phil is not just a great attorney he’s a great person. He visited me when I was incarcerated. Charges were dismissed! When I came back to the block other inmates inquired, “who came to see you?” I proudly said “My Attorney “. They said “ what’s his name? Phil Gross! The best attorney around!!

Mr. Gross represented me on a traffic case that went to trial which resulted in a favorable outcome. He walked me thru the whole process and prepped me in advance of the trial and made me aware of all the ways questions could be asked of me. He was thorough in making me aware of the charges that I was facing. He is professional and very knowledgeable and I was impressed with the way he handled everything regarding my case.

Mr. Gross and I knew one another from previous business dealings not related to law. When I had an issue arise that necessitated the services of an attorney in Fairfax, I didn't hesitate to contact him primarily because I already knew him to be forthright, honest, trustworthy and kind. Mr. Gross is absolutely a lifesaver. His dedication to my case was amazing. It dragged on for over five years. I was injured in a car crash. I required surgery after doctor visits, tests, x-rays, braces and injections. After the surgery came physical therapy and more injections. It was a long process. Mr. Gross never gave up fighting for me. We went through further doctor visits, interrogatories and depositions. No matter what the defendants council threw at us Mr. Gross was always prepared. Mr. Gross and Terry helped me stay focused and calm. Being deposed is quite intimidating. Having someone, literally, call you a liar is difficult. Mr. Gross won my case. Vindication! I have the upmost respect for Mr. Gross. I will always be grateful to him for his hard work, his professionalism and kindness. You don’t find that often but I sure did.

Tom Walsh is great! Now, I am biased because he got a good outcome, and no lawyer has “magic hands.” However, Tom is as close as it gets. He managed to step in and prevent having to go through the rigors of a trial. He is the type of attorney that other attorneys recommend. He was known by the prosecutor, having won against her in their prior trial, and the judge recognized him in the court. It was good knowing that experience and reputation were being leveraged against the charges. Overall, Tom possesses the proficiency, demeanor, and edge one would want if they had to argue their case before a judge or jury. Otherwise, he is great in making it not get to that point. Definitely recommended if you need a criminal attorney in Fairfax, Alexandria, or anywhere in Northern Virginia for that matter.

The best in the area!!!

Low quality woth huge bias. He is not objective in the presence of facts and rushes to poor judgement. As a GAL he was supposed to protect my children and did a terrible job. Instead he let the legal system abuse them further. There is a reason he is a 3rd rate lawyer.

I would—highly—recommend calling Tom Walsh. He is very experienced in criminal law regarding the offender, and extremely effective in dealing with the court system, working through its processes, and getting relief from your charges or post conviction requirements. He certainly did so for me. He is thorough, professional, and diligent. I am a repeat client.
