A few weeks ago, my father hired Mr. Yeargan as an attorney for a traffic violation, and I was involved as a translator to communicate between the two. I can say with full confidence that Mr. Yeargan was not only professional and pleasant while dealing with myself, as well as my father who was anxious and concerned about this case resulting in a suitable outcome. Mr. Yeargan not only dropped his charge down enough to where it wouldn't affect my fathers driving record or his insurance, but he did so without either of us ever having to see the inside of a courtroom, as he represented him on his behalf. I was charged with a DUI 1st at the beginning of 2016. I hired Mr. Yeargan only knowing he had experience in the area and knowledge of the areas judges and attorneys. It was the best decision I've ever made. Mr yeargen took my case and allowed me to pay in 2 payments due to my lack of funds and was very understanding of my need for time to pay him in full. He was professional and kept me informed of every step we had to take in my case but was honest and gave me all possible outcomes of my case. In the end my case was ultimately dismissed completely and I was found not guilty. Mr Yeargan is extremely good at what he does and once he is in the court room it really shows. I don't plan to every need his services ever again ,but if I ever need a lawyer I'm calling Attorney Yeargan first.
