I would recommend Mr. Yeargan for Traffic offenses and criminal defense, did not seem positive about criminal defense during preliminary hearings and didn't want to assure a positive outcome favorable to me, but rather seemed to avoid responding to what was likely to result in the offence.

My experience with Mr. Yeargan was the first time I felt like a lawyer was actually useful in the outcome of one of my cases. I was charged with driving under a restricted license. He worked with me to get everything I could possibly need prior to the hearing. He was familiar with the prosecutors in Fairfax County.
