Mr. Yeargan is best ! He handled my case very well, and kept me well inform. He gave me confidence which is what I needed most. I just had to provide documents that was required and that was all I did for my case, rest other things Mr Yeargan had taken care of. He's the best attorney!!!

I selected Mr. Yeargan as my attorney after reading all the positive reviews he received and we were not disappointed!! He is an extremely personable individual and is clearly knowledgeable in the area of traffic law. As for my case, he was able to get my son's reckless driving charged(84 in 55mph) lowered to improper driving and I believe he was able to do that because of his expertise and relationships with the prosecutors and law enforcement officials. I would definitely recommend Mr Yeargan for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation!!!

I had an excellent working with att Wilfred Yeargan. He defended my case (class 1 misdemeanor) and was able to undo the class 1 misdemeanor and worked out a very acceptable deal with the att general. In preparation to the trial he gave the right council, the steps I needed to take to maximize my chances of getting rid of the accusation. He demonstrated his experience and approached the matter in a very calm and mature way. I highly recommend his services.

While he can make a lot more money with doing a trust, Mr. Young advised us to do a thorough estate planning, since our children are all grown.
