Ms. Jessica Richardson was my defense attorney and since the beginning of the case, she was always positive and accurate about everything. Her professionalism is just admirable. When I first met her, it was my first appearance in court and I was extremely nervous and scared. I never went to a court before this. As soon as Jessica showed up, her personality and her aura was so empowering and positive, that I was less anxious regarding the whole ordeal. During the time inside court with judge, she kept reassuring me that everything will be alright. She would respond to all my emails, text messages and phone calls. Even if she was extremely busy she would make sure to return my call and my messages. She would always keep the positive attitude and reassure me that she would take care of everything. After 3 months, my case was dismissed before the court date and there was no trial. She is very intelligent, diligent, active, and overall a great attorney. She knows her work extremely well. I had a long standing case which occurred back in the 90’s regarding dui’s . I left the state of Va to live in NJ. I returned to VA with all of the DUI Issue still pending. During my required probation process I had to petition for my restricted license. Attorney Anderson along with attorney Moyre walked me through the process. After completion of my required probation Patrick Anderson Along with Attorney Tyler Roth played a pivotal part in getting My license fully restored. Excellent Law Firm I was arrested for three DWI and " Patrick " was my Attorney i was Recommended by very good friend of my work in Fairfax County Court House. Patrick Anderson was the first contact with the firm, I was upset and concerned with what had happened to me and he was quick to calm me down and worked with me on the phone an through emails throughout the entire process. That meant a lot. Danielle Brown was assigned to handle the case and she too understood how upset I was and listened to all my concerns and suggestions and came back with very reasoned approach to resolve the issue. The other party involved did not follow through with what they promised but Danielle was consistent in her approach. Anne also worked with Danielle. Between the two of them and the professional manner with which the approached the case all was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
