Was charged with having a Reckless Driving in VA, for going 20 mph over posted limit. After consulting and working with Mr. Lindsey, he was able to bring the case down to a "Defective Equipment" which is a low level, non-criminal traffic infraction. It also doesn't go on record or raise any insurance prices. The quality and attention to detail and customer satisfaction goes above and beyond with Mr. Lindsey's team. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Andrew Lindsey and Floyd Oliver teamed up to get my son out of 2 major gun charges in Virginia Beach and Prince William county that he had gotten within 2 weeks of each other. He most likely would not have received bond had it not been for these guys hard work. Covid-19 delays helped, but Andrew Lindsey and Floyd Oliver also work well with the prosecutors office and judges in the areas. In the end my son got both charges completely dismissed 15 months or so later. You cant expect dismissal in every case, but what you can expect is for the Price Benowitz team to fight for you.
