I am fortunate to have found Afsana during a difficult time for me. She is extremely timely and prompt; most of the time I received a response to an email the same day, often within an hour or so of writing to her. She is knowledgeable and professional, but also personable. I appreciated the way she handled my situation. She listened to me and made suggestions based on what worked best for me and my family’s circumstances. I never felt that she was handling me like “another client” and i felt she sincerely wanted what was best for my whole family. I find her to be affordable, fair, objective, and caring.
