I am completely satisfied with this law firm and don't think I could have made a better choices! I was visiting Washington DC and staying at a hotel in Virginia. I slipped on bathroom floor in hotel lobby restroom. I fractured my kneecap. I attempted to hire a lawyer to represent me. After many weeks and numerous calls to lawyers in Virginia. I was ready to give up. I live out of state and no-one would take my case. Steve Bergeron was the last lawyer I had on my list of searches to call. Within the first 2 minutes of telling him my story, I knew I had found someone. Mr Bergeron accepted my case. Throughout the process, he was always available for questions, explained the process so I could easily understand, kept me updated on the timeline as it occurred, promptly answered any of my emails and phone calls, even through the Covid pandemic. My cased has been completed and I could not be happier with the service and outcome. If you are ever in need of an injury attorney, I highly recommend Mr Bergeron.

It was a very bad experience. He was not prepared for our meeting and didnt show any empathy for the case I was presenting him. He did mentioned he was going to charge me between 4,000 and 5,000 with no guarantee of a good settlement with my discrimination case. I recommend you look for another lawyer who is less focused on money and more on helping.

While Mr. Cook was very responsive, he failed to remember key facts about my case and took minimal action.

This firm is the worst firm and they work only for money ,they dont understand public concerns all is what they want is money ,I request anyone who is in trouble not to take this Law firm ,you will only have to pay more rather than proper justice.I give a negative rating based on my experience

I was very disappointed about the outcome of my child custody case. Ms. Alanna was not prepared, didn't know key facts of my case, and did a horrible job presenting to the judge. She was an amateur in the court room. She dismissed a key witness in my case without my approval, didn’t respond to my emails and was unorganized. I’m sure if you're going through a child custody case it’s a very tough time in your life. Mrs. Williams did not provide sound advice, dedication, or adequate representation. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

I was very disappointed about the outcome of the divorce. I feel I didn't get the advice and support I needed. I was hardly able to think for myself at the time after years of mental, psychological and verbal abuse from my former spouse. I was relying on Ms. Williams to negotiate the agreement which turned out to be worse than if I had negotiated it myself. The legal fees cost me an arm and a leg. I wish I had known better.
