Usually You want to be advised right and told with clarity the options, consequences, fees, timelines etc. That doesn't happen here just stay away.

I emailed, called, emailed, emailed and called and never heard back from him. I spoke with his legal secretary and she was always available and responsive but never from the attorney whom after our initial contact thought he would be able to do the job! Now I have to wait for a refund.
