Mr. Schaefer represented me in a reckless driving case in 2015. He proved himself knowledgeable and capable. Mr. Schaefer persuaded the court to reduce the charges and I paid a minimal fine. I would hire him again.

Mr. Schaefer has (unfortunately) had to help me on several occasions (speeding tickets mostly). Each time he has given me sound advice and counsel. He has treated me fairly and courteously. There is not another lawyer I have worked with in Northern Virginia that I would recommend more highly.

I hired Mr. Ben for a DUI in Prince William County, VA. Ben is extremely approachable. He stayed back late to accommodate my work schedule during our initial meeting. I did not feel rushed, and he was extremely knowledgeable about DUI law. He asked me questions that other attorneys skipped over (regarding the field sobriety test, weather conditions, road surface conditions, and other stuff). After hiring Ben, he remained responsive. He always called me back and responded to emails when he was in court. Ultimately, my charge was reduced. Thankfully, I do not have to worry about having a DUI on my record.
