Bret Lee is a true gem of a man and a legal wizard. He reduced my stepson's charges from multiple felonies with up to 20 years in prison down to a class A misdemeanor with only 60 days in jail that he may be able to do at night. He saved my stepson's life. Great job Bret. 100 stars!!!

Billy Hicks is absolutely the best. I have known him as a friend and counselor for over 20 years. He's a kind, caring and more than anything the best friend of a lawyer you or anyone could ever have. Someone wrote in their review that all he cared about was the money. Well, that isn't true, one case that was rather serious where he had to appear a couple of times he never charged me a dime. He's doesn't work for free, and he shouldn't have too, but he knew that I didn't have the funds and still he got the charges dismissed, and expunged at his time & expense. I pray for this man and his family that God watches over them. My father was a lawyer, and since his death as a child there have been many caring lawyers that have helped watched over me throughout my life; be it business, tickets, and domestic. The attorney failed to clearly explain the charges and guide us through the process. Update, July 2022: This 'experienced' attorney failed to ask me if the police told me about my rights, that is, to remain silent and to have the counsel of an attorney. The police did NOT advise me of my rights, even though they termed my apartment a 'crime scene' and treated me like a criminal. I fully cooperated with the police. Additionally, the police told the magistrate that I had been drinking. Yet, the police never gave me a sobriety test. Mr. Hicks never questioned why they did not and never asked my anything about the police accusation that I had excessively used alcohol. In fact, I was fully sober and cooperative. As far as his 'why 8 years later?', the old saying, 'better late than never' applies. Like the proverbial elephant. we don't forget. Stay away from Mr. Hicks.

Bret Lee was an excellent representative for me on my DUI case. He was attentive, patient, supportive and worked through every scenario and outcome with me thoroughly. His rates are incredibly reasonable for the attention I received and he was able to work with prosecution to get the best possible outcome for my case.
