About a year ago, I walked to Brian's office with a heavy heart. I consulted him for a stressful situation related to a relative on a visitor visa. Brian analyzed the situation and told me the likelihood of the worst outcome. But he seriously doubted it based on the information I provided. And he was right (as I found out afterward)!
He also told me what to do next in order to confirm if there would be any negative impact on my relative. He told me to use the right words. I did what he suggested and it turned out everything was alright!
Through the consultation, I also understand how important lawyers are as a profession in providing "insider" knowledge about what would or would not happen.
Thank you, Brian, for relieving me of the burden!

We hired Brian for a criminal case my husband was facing since he practices immigration as well. I personally was really pleased with him always contacting me right back and answering all my questions. I felt at ease having him as a lawyer since he always seemed to be available or make time to call me back. Brian was able to give us a verdict on my husband's case that would keep our options open for my husbands immigration case. We used Brian to help us out of another sticky situation and he was able to get the charges dropped.
Thank you Brian!
We will forever be thankful.

Brian Murray and his staff were extremely dedicated in bringing resolution to an immigration/deportation case involving my son in law. The first day that my son in law was detained my daughter and I started looking for legal representation. The law offices that we initially called were either unable to meet with us immediately or required money in advance for a consultation. The law office of Murray Osorio contacted us right away after we had called inquiring about a consultation, and offered us an appointment that same day in their Fairfax office with Mr. Brian Murray. We were told we would not be charged anything for the consultation, and Mr. Murray met with us for over an hour to discuss our case. We were given a contract and told to take it home and read it over, which we did, even though we already knew that we wanted to retain Mr. Murray's services. Mr. Murray also gave us his cell phone number and asked that we have my son in law contact him as soon as possible. Before we had even returned the signed contract the following day, we had learned that Mr. Murray had already begun looking into my son in law's situation and had spoken to my son in law personally. Mr. Murray genuinely cares. He was always very patient and even took the time to respond to emails or calls after his regular office hours. Mr. Murray brought a successful resolution to our case months earlier then we were expecting it would take. We were lucky to have found Murray Osorio. It is because of Mr. Murray and his staff, their dedication and hard work, that my son in law is now back home with his wife and sons. Our family can not thank them enough, and we highly recommend Murray Osorio.

I am very pleased to write for such a wonderful lawyer, Brian Murray. As many of us know it is very hard finding a lawyer that cares more about you and your legal problems than just taking your money, and I say this because Brian has been straight up with me since the beginning and since the first day I had a consultation with him about my immigration case he never charged me a dime until we opened my case. He has responded all my questions, calls and emails even after hours and has been very dedicated and hands-on with my case, which I really appreciate. I am and feel very blessed to have him and his team working on my immigration case, after having been lied to and taken advantage of from other lawyers out of desperation to obtain legal status in this country. Brian and his team have become very important to me, especially after getting approved by USCIS. I will always be thankful and will highly recommend Brian to my family and friends for any legal advice without a doubt.
Thank you Brian and hopefully many out there learn from you that is not just about MONEY, but helping us immigrants find the American Dream and not be afraid. God Bless You and your Team ALWAYS....

Our family moved back to Europe, leaving our 19 year old in the US to work for a year. Unfortunately during that time his passport and green card were confiscated due to 2 minor drug possession convinctions. He then could not leave the US to join us as his case (and travel documents) were referred to the Immigration court, which had a huge backlog (around a two year wait!). With Brian's intervention we were able to recover our son's documents and he was finally allowed to leave the US without a hearing.

I hired Mr. Murray to handle my wife's case. She was detained by immigracion and was about to be deported to Honduras and he was able to file a motion with the court and after a long process we find out recently that we won. Other lawyers told me it was no possible without even hearing her story or they told us we had to pay big money and would not even tell us what they were going to do. Mr. Murray spent a lot of time with me at the beginning getting all the details and then took a lot of time to explain everything. And every step of the way his assistant called me to update me. Everyone in his office really works hard and cares! I would recommend him any day.

My 4 year nightmare has finally come to an end. I am a Colombian Citizen that came to this country 12 years ago. I got married 4 years ago to an American citizen and hired an Attorney to file my case to change my status, he said that it was a really straightforward case. It took several months to finally get an answer from USCIS they came back with a second interview for me and my wife. After the interview things started to look more complicated than he had assured us. It was really hard to get in touch with him.as his office was set-up to dodge customers calls. And all he seemed to do was send me to an Info Pass Appointment. It was so frustrating to see that he did not seem to care. Eventually I received a letter denying my petition and the attorney asked for more money and sent me and my wife to get more documents together to file a Waiver application but he never really explained why this was necessary. Finally after almost 4 years we received a letter from USCIS saying that the petition and the waiver were denied and that I needed to leave the country in 30 days or I would be subject to removal proceedings. My wife was frustrated and determined to find a new attorney, we visited approximately 7 attorneys and they all had a different opinion. Just about 5 days were left for me to leave the country and we had just made a choice about the attorney we wanted. The day that we went to pay for his fee he asked for more money because we where making a no-appointment visit, my wife decided that all he cared about was the money and she decided to not hire him. She went home and found a new attorney, his office heard our case and set us up for an immediate appointment with Mr. Murray, he stayed after office hours to talk about our case and gave us a vey clear advice. I must say that he did not charge us for all the time we spent that day at his office the appointment time was for only 30 minutes but we spent well over an hour at his office, at no time he seemed rushed instead he seemed very interested and willing to help. He also offered his services for a very reasonable fee . My wife and I had much to do, Mr Murray gave us detailed instructions on all the documents we needed to put together for him to properly present our case, and he said that he had much to do too. The following days I was constantly in touch with him directly even at late hours into the night and in the morning, I was continuously receiving emails from his office, and almost every day I was getting a new document and information from Mr. Murray. He worked on our case even from his home. When he called me to sign the file that he had prepared I was astonished with the size of the file, it was approximately 5 times bigger than the one my previous attorney had put together over almost 4 years and it included important new documents and evidence that I had never been asked for before. Over the following weeks we received emails from Mr. Murray's office that he had sent to different people to follow up on my case, he kept pushing and inquiring every week and told me about his plans in case that what we sent did not work. Finally about 10 days ago I received a notice to go and get my fingerprints taken, then just about a week later I received a vey long awaited letter that our motion had been granted and my green card finally approved. Today I got my green card in the mail. Of course, I heard the news first from Mr. Murray's office. My wife and I are so glad that we made the decision to retain Mr. Murray's office. I don't believe any other attorney could have done a better Job.

Brian explained the applicable laws and the chances of getting a favorable decision from the Court. He analyzed the case from a pro and con basis, and discussed legal options.
He was well-prepared, and ensured his client was informed and ready when we appeared in Court.
