I rarely ever post a review but feel I would be remiss without giving a big shout out for attorney Carl Schoenherr ( CJ). I ended up working with CJ well over 3 yrs, as my case was delayed by pandemic and other factors. CJ is truly a dedicated advocate , very confident, honest and always kind . He possesses natural situational awareness and emotional intelligence. I always felt like I was in the loop with the process as a whole. CJ consistently addressed my questions and concerns in straightforward, layman's terms with a lot of patience. Some aspects of my case were managed by paralegal Anna Gatz. Anna was so nice, pleasant and very helpful guiding me with all the critical administrative details . My emails and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner by both CJ and Anna. Most important, I remain very pleased with my final result and feel very confident my $$ were used well. I would not hesitate to recommend CJ and this firm . I greatly appreciate the excellent service I was provided during a very difficult, challenging time.

More then a year ago, I was shocked and wounding what is going to happen to me as I am from different county and going through tough and dark divorce. I was lucky enough to talk to CJ Carl. He has been more then just lawyer do the work and receive his money. His understanding, support, high level of professionalism and kindness to hold my back and keep encouraging me and fight for my right that I don’t know about has change my life ((from scared to become homeless after my husband left)) to have stable place call home ( he kept me in my home for life time term) he fought for me to secure good 50% of two retirement plan and secured very very good amount of amount and duration of spousal support. I am still surprised that he is not a associate in the firm. He should be because I don’t think the firm will find a better lawyer to present them. Highly recommended.

Carl Schoenherr was my attorney for my custody, visitation and divorce. He is a hard worker and very dedicated. He did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He always explained everything in a way that I understood. He has always been quick to answer my emails and he is very prompt. He did an exceptional job at trial! Myself and my family were highly impressed. He was very attentive and on point the entire time. He was able to adjust and adapt to anything that came his way or anything that changed. His closing argument was exceptional! In the hardest time of my life, I've got lucky to be represented in the court of Fairfax VA by the best lawyers ever ! This is Gerald Curran, Carl “CJ” Schoenherr, Melissa Rose, Delshawn Y. Ray. They worked together as a team to save my Daughter. My Daughter was in dangerous to be taken away from me by my ex wife parents (my ex had mental problems), they hired secretly one of the best lawyers in the area to make sure they will win. The opposite counsel was David Clerk, smart lawyer but was not nice of him to listening my ex and apply in the court for sole custody of my 3 years old daughter. I was really impressed by the team Work of Gerry Curran and on time help for me, i was prepared for deposition and i was prepared for the court by them. Its hard to imagine my situation of our daughter custody without Gerry s representation. 2018 th year was a really hard year for me and i guess for lawyers was too, but we did it! and we won !!! I've got the primary physical custody of my little girl. If Gerry Curran will tell you he is an expensive lawyer , don't listening him, he deserves more money for what he do, and he is doing honestly and professionally. Usually lawyers don't have emotional attachment to the client, in order to be professional and be neutral, but Gerry will listening you and understand you! Many facts are really hard to proof in the court without records but in my case Gerry Curran with Carl Schoenherr founded a way to proof and save my daughter. In the court i was impressed by the team work of Gerald Curran with Carl Schoenherr (CJ), time of speech was limited, i didn't get a chance to speak even, Carl Schoenherr was making sure Gerry Curran will speak all we have to speak in front of the judge, making quickly notice in case he miss something. For people who don't know what is to go in the court without a lawyer i will advice never go without a lawyer, otherwise the judge won't ask you even your name, you will automatically lose the case even if you are right in the same case. And hiring an experienced lawyer like Gerald Curran and Carl Schoenherr is mandatory in order to win or too keep the case under legal control and representation in the court. I will highly recommend Curran Moher Weis, in special Gerald Curran With Carl Schoenherr. Thank you a lot for saving my daughter's life and my life! God bless you for what you do ! keep doing because the healthy family and happy kids are the most important reason for our life! and don't let mean people to get the power over the little kids teaching them bad thinks as a normal thinks. Very Professional, Caring, Knowledgable and Punctual!!! From the moment I hired Carl, I was a nervous wreck. Carl did everything he could to make sure he informed me of my options and what to expect in my case. I had a great experience with Mr. Carl Schoenherr, he was straight up honest from the beginning on my case. He explain to me the facts of what could happen and what can't happen. Showed me that he was fighting for me and gave me more to look forward too, then not to look forward too. My case was very different but I can tell you this he pulled it through and made sure I didn't get locked up. I was thankful to have had him as my lawyer and I would recommend him to everyone.
