I got into trouble in Virginia during my 6 months stay there and was charged with DUI. I was very stressed and had no clue what to do. I decided to get a help from a lawyer and happened to call one. He was old and asked 1500 to represent me at the court. I was hopeful and paid him half the amount. Soon after my first appearance at the court he asked me to plea guilty and not to repeat the mistake again. I was so helpless that time. Then my sister did some online research and found Mr. Carlos Wall . I gave him a call and decided to go with him. THAT WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE HAVING Mr. Wall REPRESENT MY CASE. He was super nice and confident about what he was doing, not only he knew the subject matter but i was super surprised to see him go through my video and analyze each and every move i made during my field test. It took him less than half an hour to dismiss my case and i am off the hook now. I sincerely request all the DUI victim that if you are looking for a lawyer and do not know much about the law, please give him a call and discuss your case. He was bit expensive ( but not too much) compared to my 1st lawyer but the result that i have got saved me from getting convicted. I would have lost 1500 dollar to my first lawyer and lost the case as well if i haven't had Mr Wall represent my case. He is simply awesome not because he won a case for me, but the way he represented me and kept me posted was way too good.

What an awesome law firm. My attorney was Carlos Wall who was professional and understanding. His attorney skills are top flight and is well known at the courthouse. Everything about the firm is personable and knowledgeable. Small details like free parking, coffee, and comfortable office are provided. The paralegal at the desk was incredible and in all ways helpful and we'll organized. We went to court and to be honest it was quick and effective. Attorney Wall had a family emergency so Attorney Kyle did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this firm based on my own experience and many years of working with legal.

I was charged with reckless speeding in Fairfax when I was hurrying to the Dulles Airport, it is a very serious offense in VA, and it is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. There are so many lawyers who practice traffic defense and it is impossible to know which one would fit my need, i called many different law offices in Fairfax, they took my information but never return my call in a timely manner, however, when Carlos's law assist took my information, I believe Carlos called me back very soon and give me a very long, detailed consultation. I was not sure at that moment because there were also several other lawyers who were also experienced. But what really made me was the flat rate Carlos offered to me and his professional background, his law firm is located steps away from the court and his office is very clean and his staffs are very friendly. Guess what, Carlos is able to lower my Misdemeanor charger to just a simple infraction! He keep me updated and i was able to contact him at any time. I know other lawyers got live twitter for case result but trust me, Carlos is very well in traffic defense and his reputation is not based on twitter result but based on his real talents in law.

My experience with Carlos Wall completely changed my opinion of lawyers and the legal system. This might sound cliché or fake, but I assure you that if you are in trouble with a DUI and/or marijuana possession charge, you can do NO better than to hire the services of Carlos Wall. I was expecting at least to lose my drivers license and undergo a lengthy and costly drug awareness program and community service. However, with what seemed like the stuff of courtroom dramas, Carlos absolutely eviscerated the public prosecutors case against me point by point, until even the judge (I kid you not!) was praising Carlos for his mastery of the law. I did not even end up getting a ticket for the original traffic violation; everything was thrown out! Carlos made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the proceedings, and was respectful every step of the way. I can not sing his praises highly enough!!!

I retained Mr. Carlos Wall after an unfortunate sequence of events where it was necessary to defend myself against DUI charges. During my search for legal representation I was actually recommended by another attorney to Mr. Wall. Acting with complete professionalism, Mr. Wall kept me updated as to potential outcomes. He showed me that he truly cared about me and my case and that he would do anything with in his power to take care of me. Mr. Wall advised me on procedures for extending court dates as I was in the process of moving and advised me on all potential outcomes, once in court. Seeking the right to defend myself, and having faith in my attorney, I elected to take the case to trial. Once in trial, Mr. Wall was shown as capable and professional highlighting the facts of the case and proving my innocence in the matter. It is highly possible that my life would be forever different, if I had not had the good fortune of meeting this man. Nearly all of my charges were dismissed, and I was only responsible for a speeding violation. I highly recommend Mr. Wall.

I just got off the phone with Mr. Wall. Even though I decided not to retain him based on his recommendation and suggestion, I wanted to write this review to give credit where it is due. He spoke with me without any fee for as long as I wanted and provided me good and fair guidance. He told me I didn't need to retain a lawyer for the traffic ticket I was issued. The Gordan Law firm, is great. I would recommend them to anyone with a traffic ticket. What i like about the law form is their responsiveness. When looking for a laywer, last day for me to appeal my case and on a Friday, they got back to me within the same day.. Other laywers waited to Monday to call back! The are professional, knows what there are doing, and responsive. I had a reckless driving ticket doing 55 in 82. I thought it would be reduced to speeding, but even better, it was reduced to something that didnt acquire ANY points! Another plus is that the morning of court, the receptionist called that morning to remind me, and to let me know what court i had to be in :) Also, the holidays were coming up, money was tight, so the fee i was able to drop it $100 dollars :) Really nice, and good, and def worth the pay. When you read this Carlos, Thank You :) i forgot to tell you.

I am very grateful to Mr. Wall for his experience and knowledge, because of this I had a reckless driving in VA during a family emergency reduced to failure to follow a road sign. Excellent Work!
