I would highly recommend Chris to anyone. I got a ticket for going 65/40, which is a Misdemeanor in VA. Not only did Chris get my conviction down to a $100 Failure to Obey Traffic Sign fine, but he was very pleasant in all of our meetings. He helped me prepare, and he calmed my nerves every time we met - going through the options, telling me the process, explaining what I needed to do. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or better attorney.

I was referred to Chris by my sister, whom he had helped in the past. I received a moving violation after 13 years of going without a ticket. The officer would not let me out of this small infraction, so I decided to hire Chris because I didn't want my insurance to go up (just bought a new car and had a reality check with insurance prices on a financed vehicle). We went over all the facts of what happened (down to mapping out the location on google maps so he could see why I missed the no u-turn sign) when I met up with him for my consultation. He told me up front what he could do for me. I hired him and met him in the courtroom the day I was scheduled to appear. I was nervous; court rooms and police officers make me that way. However, he told me step by step what will happen at every junction to calm my nerves. Everything he said was correct and I was released on a lesser charge that didn't result in points on my record. He even directed me to where I pay the fine and then came into the waiting room to make sure I was good to go. I rarely leave reviews for anything, but when I was sitting outside the courtroom and waiting with Chris, I asked him why he became an attorney. He told me he really enjoys helping people out. It was very sincere and said in a passing manner, so I felt like he's one attorney who actually cares about the client and not the check.

I am pleased to recon and this amazing lowyer I was one of his clients he helped me get through a miserable point in my life. Thanks to him, the situation that could have meant major jail time, was basically minimized to nothing at all. He knows the system and won't let you down

I wasn't sure about what was going to happen when I went to court because the police officer made it seem like it was not a big deal but my girlfriend referred me to Chris Holley and I'm glad I listened to her because my case was more serious than I originally thought. Chris was able to do more than what I thought was possible. He went above and beyond for me and made sure I was taken care of. Great attorney!
