I needed an attorney for a highly contested custody case and Chris Holley was amazing! He was down to earth, practical, and very honest. He was responsive and attentive throughout my case and answered all of my questions with realistic answers. He is very knowledgeable and helped me win my case. I came to Chris with a very complex situation regarding my daughter. I placed significant money in retainer. My wife and I thought it would go on forever and potentially have to appeal. The other side was significantly better off Financially. Though Chris could have exploited that situation by litigating endlessly, he did not. He listened carefully to my goals and means. He was very hard on me for my discovery responses. In retrospect, he was demanding of me for my own good, and thank goodness he was. In a situation where no one thought a settlement possible against an extremely hostile adversary, Chris incrementally continued to strengthen our position, and we did settle the case. We settled it for literally everything I was asking for and then some. My daughter is safe and at home with me and is thriving in her new home. It's unbelievable that Chris was able to accomplish this. None of us thought it possible. I got to see him in action in court at a couple hearings. It was clear he was respected by the judge and had earned the respect of multiple other counsels involved. He is strategically EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I thought I knew better, I was glad I kept my mouth shut and leave him to his own style. He is exceptional, stellar; an "A lister". My wife and I feel that God answered our prayers when he put Chris Holley in our lives. And all that extra money that was in retainer? I didn't have to call and call and demand it or wait for it. Simply, at the conclusion of the case, he immediately sent the remaining balance to us, no fuss, no nonsense, no haggling. I didn't have to chase him. No surprise. By the the the case ended, it was clear what Chris was made of. He is an attorney whose competence is rivaled only by his character. He did not bill me for one useless minute. Everything he did was productive and moved us toward victory. If you need a lawyer, hire Mr.Holley before your opponent does! You will look back upon that decision as one of your best. Hiring Chris was certainly one of the best moves I have ever made, and my daughter depended on it.
