Christopher Micheal Day is a excellent attorney. He is excellent defense attorney. He is very good person. He guided us in our son DWI case externally good. He guided us in every single issue. He really make sure that you are okay in every single issue and you understand every single thing about the case. He explain everything in detail. i really like his service.

You are better off hiring Saul Goodman than this guy. My mother knew this guy personally from her time working as a Paralegal in Fairfax and he definitely "negotiated" a sham of a deal with the Prince William Country Commonwealth Attorney and after taking the initial $10,000.00 suggested I "take the deal and figure it out as I'm a bright young man." Scumbag attorney that is not worth a single penny of your money as once that check cashes, he does not give a single damn. I've heard the horror stories of other clients over the years and I strongly advise anyone to do their research and avoid this man at all costs.

I was charged with hit and run in Prince William County at a Home Depot parking lot. I accidentally dink someone's car in the parking lot and forgot to leave a message for the driver. A witness got my license number and gave it to the car owner. Thus, was charged with hit and run. I contacted Mr. Day and told him my situation and he gave me advice on what to do to help reduce my charges. I did exactly as he advised me and the case was dismissed!!! I had only expected the charges reduce but the whole case was dismissed. He was extremely knowledgeable and experience. What I liked the most about Chris was his honesty. Also, he cares about his client and he was very patient in answering all my questions.

I got charged with a reckless driving in VA and needless to say, reckless driving in VA is a nightmare and stays on your record for 6 years! Jad is the Man, I was wrongfully charged with assault and Unlawful Entry. Upon contacting attorneys Jad was the only one I talked to who was willing to take an unconventional approach to get me off the charges. He contacted the accuser directly and offered him a cash settlement. At first the accuser played hardball but he eventually called back and took the money just like Jad said he would. Jad even came in over the weekend to facilitate the paperwork and transaction. On Friday I was stressing over possibly doing jail time. By Saturday I was free and clear of all charges without fighting it out in courtroom. Jad Sarsour is an amazing human being and lawyer. He is so well-versed and knowledgeable in his field. He is honest, upfront, and really cares about the cases he takes. He took such great care of my family's case and got both cases dismissed (misdemeanor and felony). We were terrified after the convictions and lost. Jad gave us hope and walked us through the steps of the whole judicial system. He advised us to take a class, do community service, perform a drug test, and complete a mental health checkup.Throughout the trial and waiting period he was always available either through his office phone or his cell phone. He did not get annoyed with me when I would ask tons of questions and reassured me that everything would go well. In addition, my financial means were limited.
