Cindy is the best attorney I have ever worked with (unfortunately I have worked with a lot). She was able to come out ahead on a very difficult and challenging case where others were not able to. She helped guide me and was always there when needed. Most impressively, Cindy truely cares about you and fights for your best interests. Hopefully not, but if I ever have the need again, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

I was referred to Ms. Radomsky as I was told that she is an excellent attorney for a client who might be inclined to concede too much in a settlement. Ms. Radomsky exceeded my expectations. Beginning with our initial consultation, she was thoughtful and candid. When my case required the preparation of a settlement agreement, Ms. Radomsky worked well with opposing counsel to draft an agreement that has worked quite well. Ms. Radomsky properly cautioned me when I contemplated accepting disadvantageous terms. I would highly recommend Ms. Radomsky and her team - she represents what is good about the legal profession.

Cindy was great in handling my case. Having never been through a divorce before (and hopefully never again), I didn't know what to expect. I had a bit of a snarly case in that my ex was overseas as was our assets. I needed someone who knew how to navigate that, and Cindy did. The ex was fairly amenable but there were a few hiccups and delays, and again, Cindy knew when to apply the pressure and when to back off. She guided me and gave me solid, realistic advice. My divorce took a long time but now that it has been over for a year, I look back and realize that it went as well as it could have. I have already recommended Cindy to a friend.

Cynthia Radomsky is an excellent family law attorney. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and attentive. I hired Cynthia due to a custody case with a very uncooperative former spouse and throughout the entire process I never questioned that Cynthia was always mindful of what was in my children's best interest. She was incredibly personable, showed compassion and empathy, and was always very quick to respond to my inquiries providing solid advice and counsel. And even though the opposing party did not make this easy at times, Cynthia always showed the upmost professionalism and poise in navigating through the entire process. Going through a child custody battle has got to be one of the most stressful situations I have ever experienced. I reached out to Ms Radomsky after I fired my previous child custody attorney. Immediately I felt like I was in great hands. She supported my goals and made sure I was informed on all aspects of the process. She was Amazing at her communication with me, always emailing me or calling me back within a reasonable period of time (typically the same hour or day). She gave great advice of when I should stand my ground and when I needed to consider compromising in order to get what I want. Despite 4.5 years passing since I used her services, she remembered me when I called to ask her a question a few months back! It’s good to know she didn’t only care when I was a client. Till this day I keep my custody jurisdiction in VA in case I need an attorney just so I can use her!

Family issues can be hard. Choosing the right lawyer for the job is even harder. After my share of some not adequate ones I consulted and Radomsky for my family legal matter. Within minutes of my Consult I knew I had found the best person for the job. Ms. Radomsky is very empathetic to deal with the matters without making you feel lower than you already are. She provides sound advice with sound knowledge. She provides the best options that fit my needs and most of all treats me with dignity and respect. Ms. Radomsky responds very quickly via phone email. I highly recommend Ms Radomsky as she is not only a great lawyer but also a true victims advocate. I had a difficult divorce & custody case with an extremely uncooperative former spouse. While seemingly all the wrong was on his side (adultery, mistreatment, hiding girlfriend and extra children) and, by all accounts, it should have been an easy case, his lawyer was very smart in handling his case and always being on the attack. My previous attorneys at what I thought was a fairly reputable firm were not as experienced, and the firm kept going through them like hotcakes, so my last attorney didn't even try to get to know the case. I had almost lost hope. Then, I had a family meeting with my supportive parents and brother, and we decided that we were going to make one last stand for my child's sake. I went to one of the best divorce/custody law firms in the Fairfax area, met with a partner who highly recommended Cindy for my case, looked up Cindy on Avvo (and was happily impressed by her reviews), and my entire case turned around from there. Cindy was supportive and professional, realistic, thorough, and very responsive. We made a clear plan of what I wanted, what was best for my child, what we knew, what we suspected, and how we'd go about doing it. With Cindy, I no longer felt quite as much anxiety about receiving almost daily demanding emails from my former spouse - I would just forward them to Cindy, and she would let me know if I needed to respond or not, and how to do it. My life and my child's life changed for the better almost immediately. We were no longer on the defensive, and, finally, after almost three years since my separation (only the last year was with Cindy), I had my divorce. In the middle of my time with Cindy, she opened her own law firm with two partners, and I gladly went with her. Note for budget-conscious people: the rates of excellent lawyers are high. This is a simple fact. But, honestly, it's the best investment you'll make. The lawyers I had previously had slightly lower rates, but they wasted so much time and sent me backwards in my case, that, at the time I switched over, my parents and I were out tens of thousands of dollars with my case worse off than when we had started it. Once I was with Cindy, I saw that every penny I spent was used wisely to bring my case forward to get the results I wanted. Apologies for the long review - I hope it helps someone in choosing lawyers. I know reading these review was important for me when I decided to switch.

I seldom write reviews but in the case of Cynthia I'm going to make an exception. Cynthia M. Radomsky from the very get go was very articulate and her empathy helped in me explaining my situation. She offered various options and not once did she rush me or ignore me, whether by email or in person. I would highly recommend her.
