I worked with Jenna Hayba who was excellent and advocated for me through every step of my custody case. She knew exactly what areas and issues to emphasize and which not to, and in a case involving abuse and control, this was critical to advocating for the best interests of my children. Due to the stakes and issues I was often stressed and asked a million questions, and Jenna keeps things professional and focused on what is going to work best in court while also being assuring me. I am so thankful to have Jenna Hayba as my advocate and representation, as she won me primary custody of my children. I would recommend her to anyone especially those dealing w custody in a coercive control/high conflict case. Thank you so much!

I utilized Mrs. Haybe for my divorce 3 years ago. She was very responsive and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. Very professional and will tell you like it is and often be the 'voice of reason' when I was all wound up and going down a rabbit hole. Jenna was fantastic. She helped me work through the intricacies of a military divorce while keeping my expectations fair and realistic. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome. In professional mediation (after months of acrimony), we avoided trial and I achieved 50/50 custody/visitation with my three little boys. Biggest win was my ex-wife was not able to move them out of state from Virginia to Massachusetts. Thank you, Jenna!

Bad experience with Ms. HAYBA. She is incompetent. Gave in to the opposition team and did not represent me as a client. She went on a holiday and I had a filling in attorney CJ. He is a great attorney. Very understanding and fought for my rights. I called the receptionist and enquire to see if CJ was still taking client and specifically told her that my request is confidential. The next day Ms. HAYBA dropped my case. She told me "good luck, CJ isnt taking anymore clients". I was left without an attorney during the preparation of my custody battle. I escalated the incident to Mr. GRANT and he referred me to another practice. They ate my retainer without any outcome. In my opinion, do not waste your money with this practice. Especially if you get Ms. HAYBA. She is incompetent, vindictive and make the least effort to fight for your rights let alone your needs. Just a greedy practice

I believe I was so lucky to work with Carl Schoenherr ( CJ) He is kind, honest, hard working respected person. He was God gift to me. I wouldn’t be safe and secure my life and future without him. Very professional and knowledgeable about his case and definitely does very good homework and explained my options clearly I would not hesitate to recommend CJ and this firm . I hired Dem, a very professional, empathetic, naturally emotionally nurturing human being and excellent attorney. Who guided me to a successful outcome. Albeit, the process took a couple years with an extended amount of patience, his strategy worked. There are no words that can express my sincerest appreciation for his patience during my meltdowns. Someway he helped me get my thoughts back together and on track during times I felt like conceding. His assistant Anna was always positive and transparent. I knew what I was getting in to when I hired them and always knew next steps. He made the most contentious divorce that appeared to be a Lifetime scripted movie look like a walk in the park. My ex violated the custody agreement every single time, he was intentionally, maliciously and calculated fraudulent acts by filing frivolous claims against me. It was evident that this man tried to ruin me and my child’s life in which he should’ve deserved jail time. His sadistic acts towards me and the child I birthed has ended. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Weis and his paralegal Jennifer. I have had a protracted case with Jason going on 6 years now. I'm grateful I have him in my corner. Jason is an expert in this field of law and his command of the subject matter is unquestionable. His advice is always wise and on point. He's reasonable, fair, and interested in finding the best overall solution (for all parties). He is also not afraid to tell you like it is when you need to hear it. He has saved me from myself on multiple occasions. He's clear, articulate, and efficient in the court room. He has a knack for cutting thru the minutia and homing in on the critical issues and what's necessary and prudent to argue them. I ended up working with CJ well over 3 yrs, as my case was delayed by pandemic and other factors. CJ is truly a dedicated advocate , very confident, honest and always kind . He possesses natural situational awareness and emotional intelligence. I always felt like I was in the loop with the process as a whole. CJ consistently addressed my questions and concerns in straightforward, layman's terms with a lot of patience. Some aspects of my case were managed by paralegal Anna Gatz. Anna was so nice, pleasant and very helpful guiding me with all the critical administrative details . My emails and phone calls were always answered in a timely manner by both CJ and Anna.
