I called Sheryl’s office looking for an attorney for a personal matter. I had planned on talking to a couple different attorneys but never made another phone call after my conversation with Sheryl ! Her energy and attitude is what sold me. Once we did make it into the court room she delivered on all the things she said she would do and got my case dismissed. I am beyond pleased with the how things went from start to finish and if another situation comes about where I should need an attorney I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to !

David Deane Double Play!! Mr. Deane went to bat for me for the second time today for a charge that could have resulted in mandatory jail time. Needless to say, I’m not writing this review from a holding cell. 10/10 will retain him again!!

David was a great lawyer, I had him represent me in a reckless driving case. He got me out of the ticket and waived most of penalty and fees.

Today I had court for reckless driving. To say the least, I don’t have the best driving record and I was sure that I was going to jail just based solely on my poor record and the offense I had been accused of. David explained to me everything that was going on every step of the way and was able to give me multiple options. He also told me to get a speedometer calibration and take a driver safety course to get positive points on my license prior to my court date. We decided to admit guilt to the judge but he also fought for me and said we weren’t going as fast as the trooper said. The trooper paced me and did not laser or radar me. The trooper said I was going faster than my vehicle is capable of traveling. David argued my case, bringing to light all of these points before the judge and was able to keep me out of jail. After the trial, David debriefed me and explained all the next steps I needed to take. He took his time to explain everything and make sure I knew what was going on. It is because of this that I give my highest recommendation to Mr. Deane and to anyone who is having trouble picking a traffic defense attorney for Arlington, I recommend you go with David Deane.
