This law firm was recommended by a friend. I should have looked more before choosing this Mr Nuttall. He kept wanting me to accept conditions from the other party's attorney. Even went as far as badgering me to accept conditions that were not ordered by the court. In the end the firm billed me additional fees when I had already paid in advance. My check had been posted and cash by the firm. When I submitted copies of check being cash, they wrote me a check for monies that was due back. They couldn't even say they made a mistake! There is a Spanish saying for attorney like this

Took my money and did not do his job. He will sell you out if he thinks he can not win but will lead you on.
