I hired Mr. Kerby for my case. I was involved in a vehicle accident in April of 2019. Mr. Kerby was great! very Knowledgeable, professional and walked me though everything. My case was settled and everything was done in a timely matter. I would strongly recommend calling Mr. Kerby.

I had a fairly simple accident case where the other party admitted full fault. I was at the end of treatment and had received an offer from the at-fault party. I called and spoke to Mr. Kerby in an effort to decide what my next best steps would be. He listened to my case and advised me that given the facts and my involvement so far that I could probably take the case to settlement on my own. He gave me some great advice on how to move forward with both the at fault company and my insurance company. He answered a few specific questions I had and provided me a solid starting point in dealing with my health insurance carrier. I very much appreciate the time and advice he gave me for free. The firm was definitely interested in my success and was very honest about what value they could add. I would not hesitate to call them back if a need arose from another accident or to refer them to a friend.
