Ours was a special case - and required very special attention; and that's exactly what Liz Gray provided! She was caring and compassionate, and understanding of our situation. Liz worked hard to get things resolved before my grandfather passed. But when that did not happen, she didn't give up and kept working to find other options to ensure his final wishes were fulfilled. And she was successful! Liz kept did an excellent job of educating us on the process and prepared us for what to expect. All the while, she was sensitive to the fact that we were still grieving.
