My family law practice is limited to Prince William County. Hope has been my "go to" referral lawyer for family law cases in Fairfax County for many years. She is thorough, energetic, communicative and presents polished and succinct litigation arguments that serve her clients well. We met through litigation and she was opposing counsel. While that dynamic can be contentious, ours was not and the arguments remained those of the clients and not between counsel. I highly recommend Hope for your family law issues in Fairfax County.

Final: I leave Mary with Ten stars, as she actually listened, stayed in contact with and worked endlessly on my traffic issue. She took the time to gather all the records and information to show that I was not at fault. Where my first attorney told me to just give up, Mary went to work. She dogged the prosecution, showing them the records and background, forcing them to actually look at the information. In the end, she took a life altering issue and turned it around. If you have any sort of traffic issue, she is your gal. First encounter May 2016 First visit is a three star, which is a big thing for me. As no one is perfect and must earn the other stars. I feel as if by the time my issues is over they will have ten stars.

After an initial consultation, I couldn’t have been more impressed with someone that showed the attention to detail that this case would require. Plain and simple. She cares. October 2013, I was arrested and indicted with a federal felony. Thank God they didn't seek to detain me. The next day, I had a lot of phone calls to make. Every one of them, lawyer after lawyer, acted as if I was just another phone consultation, that my case didn't really matter, and by extension my plight didn't really matter. Gretchen was the last phone call on my list. I was ready for more of the same. But she actually cared about what was happening to me. She fought tooth and nail for me along with other co-defendant lawyers and assisted in getting a 5 year felony reduced to a federal misdemeanor. A federal misdemeanor trumps a felony any day. And though I had to endure more than I had thought, I did so knowing that Gretchen was in my corner.
