Over the last 12 years or so, I have worked with various attorneys to help with one thing or the other related to my immigration status. About halfway into my green card process I began to worry about a few issues and my company’s attorney was not responsive to my questions. Thankfully, I was able to find Ismail and connect with him. Ismail did a great job in my immigration journey. I started with him as a student with OPT which was expiring in two months when I found my professional job. He was able to convince my employer that I will be able to continue working after the OPT expiration by explaining the options I had after OPT. After my employment, Ismail took me through CPT process before the OPT expiration, which was successful while I awaited for H1B to open for applications. He helped me apply for H1B and also the renewal of the H1B after three years. While on H1B, my green card PERM process with my employer was ongoing with Ismail as my attorney. All these processes were successful. Finally, he took me through my citizenship application this year, which was also a success. It only took 4 months from my citizenship application to the naturalization ceremony! Ismail also worked on my mom’s asylum case, which was a success as well, and she is now a US citizen! I would Ismail is easy to talk to, responds to questions on timely manner, professional, and knowledgeable of what he is doing as an immigration attorney!

I.S. Law is knowledgeable and gave us good advice from start to finish on legal permanent residence in the USA for my fianceé, now wife. I.S Law put together a solid package for applying for adjustment of status for her. We also got specific instructions for the Citizenship and Immigration Services interview, which went smoothly. We plan to use I.S. Law when we apply for extension of my wife's two-year green card and when she is eligible to apply for citizenship.
