I had an asylum case for 2 yrs , I was referred to the immigration court , and this is when a friend of mine recommended I.S Law Firm " Ismail " I was told he was a great lawyer , but action speaks louder than words , So I went to see him and presented my case , he told me after reviewing my 2yr case status that he can help me , and he was very helpful indeed , His office assistant followed up with me " Alla " every step of the way for the full length of my case from the day I got the referral to go to court to my court date , she helped me put things in perspective , helped me organize my papers and followed up with me every step of the way , they even helped me obtain my Work authorization in no time , I'm very happy and pleased with their and commitment as a team , Mr.Ismail who defended me in the court room and made things easy and smooth . I'm Over all satisfied 100 % if not more . if you want to get things done without going through hassle just get this law firm involved. they know how to do things. this is a real review i got my residency through them i had strong case and i needed to get strong advocate cause this kind of situations you cant let it go for chance ismail did good job and got my residency and soon will be citizen. he got H1 visa for my friend twice. when everybody was saying he cant get it. as i said this is real review so i have to tell facts as well, prices are slightly higher than other places but you have to think that you get what you paid for. things that are cheap in the beginning becomes expensive at the end things are expensive in the beginning usually being cheaper and hassle free at the end. So guys just go there and negotiate your price they are reasonable people and professionals. I am proud being returning costumer of this law firm. got a lot to say for good, but this should be enough

I received my Asylum Approval yesterday- within 3 months of filing, all thanks to Ismail law firm, especially Alla Malova (she is a wonderful lady) who helped me through the process. Initially before I met I.S Law Firm, I had thought to file my application by myself, as I believe I have every information and documents needed to file. But then a friend warned that it could be risky, I confirmed this during my asylum interview. I used the services of IS Law firm and have received an approval of my case from USCIS as a result. The case was a very difficult one. I had very little hope it would be approved. I waited two years to receive my approval. During the initial consultation (the cost of which went toward the overall fee for the services) and in the subsequent two years, Mr. Shahtakhtinski and his team were very helpful and supportive. Every update from USCIS regarding my case was promptly communicated to me by email. They laid out their legal strategy and assured every piece of evidence was presented in the case to achieve a favorable outcome. Ismail helped me with my asylum case. The first asylum officer was unprepared and really negative about my case. My case was going down. Ismail called in the supervisor and had the interview rescheduled. The second officer was preared and after Ismail's arguments and written memorandum my asylum was approved. Ismail saved my case from loss.

The problem with these people is they all had issues that required immediate services. I don't have a case, nor would I use Ismail based on his unwillingness to answer my question. He wanted $200 for a consultation in which I have no case pending. Most attorneys (other than immigration) that I've dealt with usually answer your question and then if there is more information or services will suggest a consultation. Why would I pay $200 without knowing if this guy is knowledgeable on the issues at hand?
