Me and my wife approached this law firm, to file my green card under marriage based petition. The Attorney was very attentive from beginning and helped us gathering all the documents and evidences and also verified All my info and filed in 2023. Later when we called for an interview in Pittsburgh, the attorney attended the interview on phone. We received our approval the next day after the interview. Thanks to I.S. Law firm

I applied for my Green Card through the Spousal Program of US Customs and Immigration with the help of IS Law Firm. It is an extremely rigorous process, and took about 20 months all together. IS Law Firm was very communicative and detail oriented, advising me every step of the way. There are many pitfalls in the USCIS system, and if you don't know the system, your application can take a lot longer, if you can believe it. I found their fee structure very transparent and reasonable. There were no surprises or sudden, hidden costs. Without IS, I can see that this process could become quite a nightmare. My sister recommended me this firm and I am so happy that I decided to work with them. I had a consultation with one more lawyer before them but chose to go with I.S. Law Firm. I had a problem with my application for TPS (temporary protected status), I answered incorrectly to the question about previously being arrested as I misunderstood the question, and it made the immigration question my honesty and they asked to provide information on the arrests they found under my name. And at that point I was very worried that I will no longer be able to be approved for TPS. But a week ago I received the letter from immigration saying that I had been granted TPS and I couldn’t be happier. I am grateful for everyone at this firms who was working on my case and helped me with this situation and provided explanation and documents to the immigration.
