The First Point Law Group is one of the best in Virginia state. They know how to handle cases of their clients, they are doing great in court representation, they charge very reasonable fees. Hey guys if you are looking for legal representation either for civil, traffic or criminal cases, look no further make First Point Law Group your friend and you will never regret the outcome of your case. Try them and thank me later. I can't imagine that my reckless driving ticket reduce to a zero point violation.

BEWARE! If the results of your case are in any way important to you, DO NOT use this firm. First of all, the lawyer will not give you the time of day when you attempt to go over the details of your case. I made numerous attempts- and each time was told to email an office employee. The office employees do not respond to your emails or even acknowledge that they received them, and are incompetent at best they give you the wrong information on basic matters, they do not follow your instructions, they do not give you updates on your matter, they do not ask or even listen to what strategy you want to proceed with. Once you pay the fee, there will be no communication or direction of any kind from them except to tell you when your court date is. After numerous attempts to discuss my case, after about 10 attempts, I was finally responded to by the lawyer who told me to just show up to court on the day “and we’ll figure it out”. Shocking. Lastly, and probably the worse thing, is there is a review on here that the firm responded to outlining the frustrations the client has with these people and the response from the business- instead of trying to smooth things over with their client, tells them “if they don’t like it to hire someone else and they’ll gladly step aside”. So that is exactly what I did.

I interviewed 4 lawyers before going with Jad. He is a very confident lawyer and knows all the police officers. He was able to describe how my officer looked like and what his mannerisms are and what his tendencies were and this was over the phone. I was looking at a 3 year loss of license and a lot of jail. He continued my case twice and told me to relax that he knows what he is doing. He finally told me today we go to trial. He didn't want to lose the judge he had that day, so we waited until late afternoon to finally go to trial. He got both charges dismissed after 10 minutes. I couldn't believe it. He told me, I am just doing what you paid me to do. I highly recommend.

This isn't your average law firm which uses cheap marketing tricks to lure you in to promise you great results. Instead, Gore and Kuperman seem to under-promise and at the end over-deliver based on mine, my friends', and my family's experiences. Not every case can work out perfectly but I've seen these guys accomplish so many miracles. And the best part is, if you dont have a case worth YOUR time, they will simply tell you its not worth it, which is unlike many other firms which take your case just to take your money while knowing its a lost cause
