I was (falsely) arrested for a family matter felony assault charge, as well as a misdemeanor. I contacted James immediately. I knew I was in good hands when he rushed over last minute to make, and ultimately secure my bond hearing and release. We scheduled an appointment at his office for the next day. He heard the full story, agreed completely at the highly questionable police work conducted, and reassured me that we had a strong chance. A year later of continuations and court delays, after discussing all the evidence we had compiled with the prosecution, Mr. Abrenio got both of my charges dropped (felony included). If that wasn’t enough, he also went out of his way to help me with a completely separate minor case that he was not hired for and had no duty to assist with. My title says it all, Mr. Abrenio saved my life and years later I’m still so thankful for his services. I recommend him to anyone I know in a tough situation because his determination is one of a kind.
