Andrew Lindsay was amazing, he helped me out of a reckless driving and got it reduced to something non-criminal. Would highly recommend if you’re dealing with something similar

My son was charged with Reckless Driving-failure to mover over for a police vehicle. Mr. Lindsey was able to have the charge reduced to Improper Driving - even in my son's absence! We can't thank him enough!! Highly recommended! An amazing attorney!

I was charged with Malicious Wounding. Malicious Wounding is a serious felony in Virginia which carries years in prison, high fines, years of probation, and a permanent criminal record. I hired Mr. Lindsey and he knocked my charges down to Domestic Assault & Battery which is a Misdemeanor. He is very professional and I would highly recommend. He got me into a first offenders program and after 2 years of good behavior, my charges were dropped.

Andrew Lindsey represented me on a somewhat scary traffic charge. I slowly and inadvertently passed a stopped school bus and got a ticket. When I got to court, on my own, I was surprised and dismayed to discover the prosecutor was seeking jail time. The judge said I could get a lawyer and come back. After talking to several firms, I selected Price Benowitz and Andrew, and I am Very glad I did. Andrew instructed me on what I needed to do in advance of the trial date. I followed his advice, and since I was scheduled to be out of state the day of the trial (August 31), I asked if he could have me excused from appearing. He said he would try, and he did. I ended up paying a modest fine, with no points or issues on my driving record. I would strongly recommend Andrew Lindsey, five stars for sure!
