I hired Mr. Lindsey in January after catching a DUI +3 other charges, one of which was a felony charge. I told Mr. Lindsey actually what I wanted the outcome was for court and that’s exactly what I got. He was extremely responsive and was very patient throughout the course of the 4 months awaiting court. He answered every question I had in depth as best as he could and he didn’t sell some dream to me. He kept it real and what could happen and what to expect at court. In the courtroom on Thursday, he was able to get the prosecution to agree to dismiss 2 of the 4 charges and to drop my felony to a misdemeanor and my DUI BAC to not be used in court. I highly recommend to hire him for your lawyer needs. If the need ever arises that I might need him again( hoping never) I will absolutely with no hesitation hire him again. Was charged with having a Reckless Driving in VA, for going 20 mph over posted limit. After consulting and working with Mr. Lindsey, he was able to bring the case down to a "Defective Equipment" which is a low level, non-criminal traffic infraction.
