After receiving a speeding violation from Arlington County, I decided to obtain legal representation. I was searching for someone with a great legal reputation and personable to represent me in the legal proceedings. After careful consideration and due diligence, I decided to obtain Ms. Porter from Price Benowitz LLP. What I wanted was the best legal defense possible. Ms. Porter from the start instructed me to complete (3) specific requirements for the court summon. Ms. Porter was very professional and knowledgeable in the Arlington County court proceedings. Being very well prepared helped Ms. Porter to negotiate with both the officer and the district attorney. The Arlington County speeding violation was amended to defective equipment, which is not a moving violation. If I should ever need future legal representation in Virginia, Ms. Porter would be the 1st on my list to hire.

I highly recommend Price Benowitz. They are professional, helpful and experienced. I have know Seth Price for over 20 year, and he works tirelessly for his clients. This is the firm to call.

Jennifer is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate with her clients. She is also a former prosecutor. When we called for a consultation she was the only one who didn't intimidate us with the uncertain and the worst outcome first.  In opposite, she told us realistically what can happen and the best she can do in our situation. Hope Rosen has been the voice of reason and the guiding light at a very difficult time in my life. She has provided me with excellent legal advice, and i highly recommend her.

Hope Rosen is a lying, incompetent, and unprofessional family law attorney. Hope Rosen routinely violates The Circuit Court’s and the Supreme Court of Virginia’s Rule on notifications. “Certifications of Moving Party/Counsel” and “Certificate of Service”. Following Circuit Court’s and Supreme Court of Virginia rule is the cornerstone to integrity of our legal system and therefore our democracy. Hope Rosen has repeatedly and willfully violated these rules on professional conduct and professional ethics. She is unfit to be an Officer of The Court. Hope Rosen is well known by her colleagues and lawyer community as lacking negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Hope Rosen barely knows the cases she takes on to represent. Her resume says it all moving 6 times in ten years. Hope Rosen has no knowledge of financial institutions rules and transfer of assets due to QDRO. Hope Rosen becomes emotionally an extension of her clients and therefore loses objectivity and professionalism. She complains, demands, and delays as if she is the client she represents rather than guiding them through to a fair, legal, and reasonable settlement. Hope Rosen wouldn’t recognize a good deal even if she was looking at it with magnifying glasses. Because of her lack of conflict resolution skills, she ends up litigating every point and every issue. This in return prolongs the inevitable and racks up the legal fees to the detriment of all parties. Inevitably after losing a few motions she cracks under pressure and settles for less than deserved. Hope Rosen is a second rate family law attorney, you’ll end up paying more and getting much less in return with her style of representation. Just look elsewhere. There are plenty of good family lawyers in Fairfax County.

Hope Rosen is a worthless, sloppy, and incompetent lawyer. She did not file an expert report so the judge sided with my pervert X-husband and gave him unsupervised custody of my 11 year old daughter. I hope somebody sue's her for malpractice. I wish I Had the money……….
