I have been involved for the better part of a year in a very sensitive dilemma involving the educational field and a minor child. Attorney Jay Mykytiuk was retained through the conduct of a preliminary hearing of my case. In that preliminary hearing last phase, he secured on my behalf, the best outcome that could have been received which is, a ruling of 'no probable cause'. To accomplish that he clearly had done his due diligence and knew exactly how to argue evidence against the statue pertaining to the charge in question.
