Great help with a speeding ticket. He went to court, made sure I didn't get any points on my license, got it reduced from a moving violation, and made sure all I had to do to resolve it was pay a fine. He communicated status updates regularly. Overall he was friendly, professional, thorough, and effective.

I had the pleasure of Jeremy Letnick representing me for a reckless driving ticket. Jeremy was kind, easy to talk to and eased every last question and concern. He explained what would also likely happen if I tried to represent myself presenting me with the full lay of the land. He was successful in getting my reckless (which is a misdemeanor) reduced to a driving infraction and a $200 fine. Literally one of the best decisions I've ever made and enjoyed my conversation with a genuinely nice man in the process. You can't go wrong with him!

A class one misdemeanor that carried with it a license suspension, a several thousand dollar fine, and multiple days in jail to a $250 fine. Given that my case occurred during covid-19, 14 months passed between my ticket and my court hearing, 14 months in which Letnick provided consistent and reliable counsel. Having corresponded with a number of lawyers in Northern Virginia regarding this case I can confidently say that Letnick was the most honest about what he could achieve in court. Given the nature of my case the potential consequences were bleak, and Letnick was careful never to overpromise. He was honest about likely outcomes and diligently walked me through the best ways to mitigate legal consequences. If you’ve made a mistake behind the wheel, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough, Letnick’s your guy.

Mr. Jeremy Letnick represented me for driving with an expired license. I highly recommend him! Unfortunately, Robert Letnick prior to receiving my retainer, promised a certain view/approach, which he then abandoned completely after the case was already underway. He is more about money / profit than his client’s best interests. That 40+ years is good for nothing. Overpriced, lazy n he intentionally delayed my case n the area he is expert in is billing you for every second. I do not recommend him. Stay away from him.
