My experience with Jeremy was very good, his firm responded quickly when I initially called, he explained what I should expect in court, emailed me to answer my additional questions, accepted several of my follow up questions, met me the day of court letting me know what the process for the day would encompass. Fantastic Attorney! First thing you will notice is Attorney Letnick is very personable. He communicates directly with you. I did not have to leave messages with his assistant, and wait for long return responses. Drop an email and questions were answered very fast. Something very rare to find these days. I found Attorney Letnick doing a search on improper lane change in Virginia on Google. He had a wonderful well written article on this subject. I personally was charged with an improper lane change after a car on 495 cut me off, and I slightly swerved to avoid this car after trying to first avoid him. The driver of that car did not pay attention to me honking my horn, and even slamming on my brakes he kept coming into my lane. I ended up tapping the car in the next lane then went into a guard rail full force. My brand new two week old car with temporary tags still attached was deemed a total loss as the frame was cracked upon impact. The driver who cut me off kept going. I have not had a ticket in over 20 years. I was shocked I received one in this case. Attorney Letnick’s repersentation of me resulted in a Nolle Prosequi verdict! Jeremy was excellent. I just moved to town and did not know any attorneys. He sent me a letter and he represented me with a traffic violation case. Was lidar tracked at 83/65 on 95 HOV.. General Speeding, not reckless. Immediately took Driver Improvement Traing, but do this only after day in court. Jeremy is awesome. While other law firms out there are charging a lot of money Jeremy was kind enough to understand my financial situation and reduced his fee so I can afford it. He always communicated and responded promptly. He is very knowledgeable and advised me time to time. He got my reckless charge reduced to an improper driving without my court appearance.
