On 10/14/15 i got a ticket for driving on suspended . I spent about 2 months looking fot a lawyer. Mr jhonathan was the only one from the ten lawyers i called who should me that he cares about my matter and he went with step by step. Today the case turn from a driving while suspended to an ice cream ticket price which is 10 $ with no points or any bad record. For the reason i was a jeuvenile and now am 18 i thanks mr jhonathan for putting his appearance in my case. He is really one of the best Lawyers at Fairfax area.

Jonathan Philips is awesome! I recently had a civil issue which could have jeopardized my job and livelihood. Needless to say, I needed great legal representation to protect myself and family. When I initially contacted Mr. Phillips, he provided a great explanation of what I was up against and the course of actions I needed to take. Unlike most attorneys, his initial consultation was free of charge. Once I decided to retain his services, he started of by attempting to reach an amicable solution with the other party involved. When they refused, he proceeded to vigorously prepare for the case. As a result of Jonathan Phillips efforts, the verdict turned out in my favor and I was able to put this horrific incident behind me. I would defiantly recommend retaining his services.

Jonathan is smart, sharp and aggressive in the Court room. Exactly what one needs from a deffense attorney. After maliciously accused of threatening a former tenant, I was arrested and was before a judge listening to the " victim's " testimony. My deffence listened to the plaintif's accusations, stood up asked him 2 questions and case was dismissed. He pretty much knocked out the other party's testimony in 20 seconds. I did not even have to go to the stand and be cross examined by the prosecution. Jonathan knows the law to the prefection. And he will apply it to the best of your interest. Even after this lawsuit is over, he still keeps in touch and inform me about final dispositions and the paperwork I need to file in order to get my bond momey back, the expungement of my record, etc. I was very impressed by Jonathan's professionalism, expertise and the way he withstood my interest. He totally kept in touch with me throughout the whole legal problem. Kept me informed which room I will be in, what floor, what time, who the judge was. In sum, I did not feel that I was left alone confronting the commonwealth and the district attorney, even for an instant, because Mr Phillips was with me at any time I needed him. Higly recommend.

I was pulled over and the circumstances of my arrest were some what questionable. From the beginning Jon was great because he explained everything in terms that I understood and answered questions when I had them. I was recommended him by four other people that were in the drunk tank that night I initially spent in jail! That is why I picked him. To my knowledge Jon is not only a former prosecutor, but from my experience he commands a presence in the court house. Everyone seemed to know him on some level. When he made suggestions for my particular case he explained all the outcomes that were possible and how close he thought we could get to the one that I wanted. There was simply never any B.S. I brought my mother, father, and girl friend to court every time we went and Jon was always very kind to them and even got to know them a bit. The first several times I appeared in court I was recommended to wait and I am glad that I did. In hind sight I probably should have been convicted of DWI. Jon can not perform magic, but he will give you the absolute best chance for winning your chase or getting a plea down from your original charge. For example I am one of two people that has had my charge plead down in over eight months in Fairfax County. I would leave my email and phone number so that you could contact me and I could further convince you, but the site says that I can not do that.
