I can't say enough good things about Jonathan Oates! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job. He was on top of everything and he was very informative about the process! He really worked hard on my criminal case and helped me win and he is helping me with my civil case as well. I highly recommend Jonathan and his firm.

Jon Oats is our hero! We had a speeding ticket in Virginia (102 mph). Our neighbor recommended Jon and he returned our call the same day we contacted him. He met with us in person the next day. He walked us through our options and provided us with written guidance to prepare for our court appearance. We had no idea that excessive speed in VA could end up with jail time. His knowledge of the judges was very helpful in deciding how to move forward. After several court appearances, he was masterful in working out an agreement with the prosecutor. This agreement lowered the speed, wiped out the restriction of driving in VA and cleared the charge. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been represented by Jon Oats.

A little rocky at first, not too much communication before, during or after case. I was skeptical but in the end the result was good. Still shows up on my record but it should pan out.

Our day finally came for court and it seemed that the evidence against me was going to be enough to convict and put me away for a long time, however, Jon felt he could prevail so we fought it, and we WON! If you're in a bad bind, call Jon today!

Unfortunately I've had many dealings w/ Fairfax County Court System and anyone who has understands that knot in your gut when you enter the Courthouse.
