I met with Ms Carolyn Eaton in mid November on being alienated from my daughter. After giving my retainer. My case wasn't started until mid January after calling to check on stats I was told she was still working on other cases but the courts are back up. ( which means nothing to me ) My case should of been base on Parental alienation but instead Ms Eaton wanted to create a new visitation order. My problem is that I have one in place that's not being followed so why am I wasting money on a new one that will not be followed as well, while I was in court to lift a passport order I the judge ask me to speak so I did afterwards I was told by the judge I have a strong case, But my lawyer had other intentions, I made my decision to get a new lawyer after being told I was demanding to see my daughter with the police. I can not explain where that comment came from and it's far from the truth. After paying a retainer looking for justice, I was put on the back burner wasn't important enough. But you live and learn. The most positive thing was I paid up front and when I asked for my retainer back was told that's fine..........nothing else

I recently had to have a Child Support matter addressed that was contentious with the opposing side. I was fortunate to have had Ms. Laila Raheen and Ms. Gigi Stanley on my side. An accurate description would be “kitten with claws”, but done in such a way that at no point did it have a negative effect on the judge, but visibly flustered the Opposing side which resulted in a positive outcome. If you hire Ms. Raheen and Gigi, you can do it with confidence.

I had the opportunity to have Attorney Shirin Afsous and her paralegal Julie Colon represent during my protective order trial. They were very informative, professional, Polite, gave me 24/7 attention to all my needs and concerns. I can tell you that my experience with Ms Afsous and Mr. Matthew Smith ( both attorneys) was amazing. I will definitely recommend the whole legal team from the front desk to the office staff and the attorneys. The only pitfall I have is if I had a chance to choose who I want to represent me right from the beginning.

This group of lawyers doesn't give results. They can't even look up simple case information. They took my money for a consult and said nothing instructing me to research and put motions on my own behalf.

Aya couldn’t even look up a public case. She told me nothing. These lawyers only care about how much u can pay and if u look like u can pay. This place is really sad. I feel bad for the clients they have or anyone trying to go to them be warned.
