I was charged with a DUI 1st at the beginning of 2016. I hired Mr. Yeargan only knowing he had experience in the area and knowledge of the areas judges and attorneys. It was the best decision I've ever made. Mr yeargen took my case and allowed me to pay in 2 payments due to my lack of funds and was very understanding of my need for time to pay him in full. He was professional and kept me informed of every step we had to take in my case but was honest and gave me all possible outcomes of my case. In the end my case was ultimately dismissed completely and I was found not guilty. Mr Yeargan is extremely good at what he does and once he is in the court room it really shows. I don't plan to every need his services ever again ,but if I ever need a lawyer I'm calling Attorney Yeargan first.

I'm happy to say that I have dealt with the Law Office of Wilfred W. Yeargan and with very satisfying results, I was impressed with the way he handled my case. Wilfred W. Yeargan did a very PROFESSIONAL job, and I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to recommend him to anyone needing a Professional Defense Attorney, who pays attention to detail. He's a good guy.

I endured the constant yelling and cursing and unprofessional attitude because I was told by a friend that he had a very effective trial demeanor. He lost my case because he refused to object to a 3rd party witness. The witness was not previously identified and was the reason I lost my case (judge said so 3 times when she announced the decision) . I asked Joe why she was allowed to testify (according to 3 other lawyers, Joe could have objected and she would not have testified). Joe lost my case, he was counting on a slam dunk, which it should have been. He forgot that even with a loss his job was to protect my interests. He assured me and my parents that the other side did not have a case. I have to pay child support and watch as the drunk and negligent father of my children raises them. I now have to spend thousands (25-30k estimate from new attorney) on an appeal. All I wanted was my children back from my crazy ex and I am 8k in debt from Joe and unable to even pay my bills from unfair child support. There was no reason I should have lost my case but Joe was focused on bashing the other attorney and forgot that my children's future and mine was resting on this case.

A friend of mine hired Mr. McGuire 2 years ago and swore by his work. So I hired Mr. McGuire to handle my case in February and he did with due diligence and kept me informed throughout the process via email or phone, He is very experienced and the outcome surpassed my expectations. We won the case hands down which is exactly why I hired him. His rates were competitive and he didn't overcharge for frivolous details. I highly recommend him.

This attorney had and executed the strategy that minimized the amount of support payments that I am currently paying. He knew the law and used it to my advantage when separation support payments were being discussed as well as addressing false claims made by the opposing attorney. It seemed he was one step ahead of the Ex's attorney during the entire process keeping me from being backed into a corner and being forced to make a decision from nothing but bad choices. to choose from. He provided excellent recommendations and several times, to include the final settlement he said, "This is a very good deal. We are not going to get much better than this. Take it !!!!". I trust this attorney and continue to have his cell phone on speed dial. He has my most highest recommendation as a divorce attorney.

Mr McGuire did an exelent job in representing me in my divorce and custody case. His professionalism and communication were top notch. I was very impressed with his representation and would highly recommend him.

Filed paperwork on my behalf, without my knowledge just so he can send me a bill. After I was cursed at he hung up pn me then filed a judgment against me. We have court this month

Not always the easiest to talk to, often butted heads, but thats because we have the same personality. He did what he said he would do and that's all that matters.

This lawyer, Joseph McGuire is TERRIBLE!!!!! Filed divorce through him. He let it drag on, constantly "loosing my information" while moving offices and problems through his secretary. He offered to then handle the case at a reduced cost because of the long delay in filing. He constantly made mistakes in the draft, having to revise each draft to be accurate. When this case still was not filed, I cancelled the case, only to find out that he charged me for the whole retainer and did not honor the reduced cost.
