I am not one to write many reviews, but the S&R team are amazing. I mean knock your socks off, blow your mind amazing. These guys exceeded my expectations. When I initially contacted these guys, I did not expect to receive a consultation right away, but I did. Not only was my consultation free but the advice given to me was just great, they did not try and win me over with false hopes, they were direct, to the point and set reasonable expectations. What I admired most about this firm was the compassion they demonstrated and the time they took out to keep me updated and reassured along the way. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for an attorney who is honest, responsive and transparent throughout the entire process and will genuinely do their utmost best to help you achieve positive results!

I got a speeding ticket, and I was irresponsible in waiting for the last second to seek out a lawyer. Luckily, this firm had enough lawyers on staff to have someone available to represent me. The office got back to me quickly, and they stayed in close contact with me. I felt reassured with the communication and professionalism. I would definitely consider hiring them for future legal/traffic court issues. I hope I don't have to.

Nova Defenders did an excellent job handling my case. This was my first offense and Nova got my traffic violation removed with a small fine. At first, I was a bit inpatient with wanting the system to move faster, however with COVID didn't help. That was not Nova's fault and would recommend them to ALL!

Amazing!! Had a case for reckless driving 98/55 that could have put me in jail and suspended my license for god knows how long. Could’ve put me in a predicament with work, insurance and much more. They were very professional and kept in contact throughout the entire ordeal. Beginning my case they gave me thorough instructions on how to help give me the best deal possible and be given the best leniency by the judge. Now coming up to my date, we wrote up a plea deal that would’ve kept the reckless on my record with a $250 fine. Judge would not take the deal so went to trial. In the trial my attorney was able to have the case dismissed with no fines, court fees, days in jail or anything on my record!! Amazing. Highly highly satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend for anyone in legal trouble with traffic violation. Hands down best law firm in the DMV! :) cannot thank the firm enough for such a positive outcome ! Free consultation, provided simple instructions on the steps I needed to follow, and remained in contact with me about my case. Ticket was non-reckless speeding (20+ over, but in my defense, 'twas a clear day with no traffic and great visibility!) and Mr. Schaefer got my case dismissed with completion of an online traffic school.
