It was a very LONG process due to covid 19 it took over 2 years for my case to be finally settled (and we WON!). Joseph Yoon is the man, the myth, the legend. He is a true professional and makes everything easy from minute one. I was referred to Yoon by one of my friends who found great success with him before. I got a speeding ticket in Arlington County and got a very favorable result. Everyone knows Yoon is the best. During my aggressive driving course, our instructor went around the room and asked who everyones lawyer is. Other students were having issues with their attorneys. I was stopped on Route 95 North in Fairfax County, Virginia and was ticketed for driving 77 mph in a 55-mph zone. Since the ticket was for more than 20 miles over the posted speed limit, I was cited for reckless driving. I was worried about having my driving license suspended, negatively impacting my auto insurance and I read that in Virginia you could go to jail if convicted for reckless driving. My driving record is now clear of the speeding and reckless driving charges as if I was never charged to begin with. The incident will not appear on my DMV driving record and it will not impact my auto insurance. After hiring Joseph Yoon to represent me for my reckless driving charge, there is absolutely no question that he is the Cream of the Crop when it comes to defending these difficult Virginia driving cases. I was charged going 90 mph / 55 mph eastbound on the Dulles Toll Road (35 mph over the speed limit). After reading about Virginia driving laws, I was sure that I was doomed given that I was traveling so significantly above the speed limit. Mr. Yoon took my reckless driving case of 54 in a 25. He was very professional, and after my initial call with him I was much less nervous about my charge, even though it would not be an easy case to get dropped due to the high speed. I completed the tasks Mr. Yoon requested, he was very helpful and responsive along the way. Mr. Yoon represented me in court so I did not have to appear, and was able to work out a deal to get my reckless dropped to a standard speeding ticket. Joseph just recently completed his representation of our son on a DUI charge -- and got all charges dismissed by the judge.
