Tom Walsh is great! Now, I am biased because he got a good outcome, and no lawyer has “magic hands.” However, Tom is as close as it gets. He managed to step in and prevent having to go through the rigors of a trial. He is the type of attorney that other attorneys recommend. He was known by the prosecutor, having won against her in their prior trial, and the judge recognized him in the court. It was good knowing that experience and reputation were being leveraged against the charges. Overall, Tom possesses the proficiency, demeanor, and edge one would want if they had to argue their case before a judge or jury. Otherwise, he is great in making it not get to that point. Definitely recommended if you need a criminal attorney in Fairfax, Alexandria, or anywhere in Northern Virginia for that matter.

He is very experienced in criminal law regarding the offender, and extremely effective in dealing with the court system, working through its processes, and getting relief from your charges or post conviction requirements. Mr. Walsh is the best. He helped me with a personal case back in the early 2000s, during the time of the DC Sniper, I remember him discussing that he represented the kid because he didn't believe in Capital punishment, in which this is what the kid was facing. The result was he won the life of that kid! I was so excited when I heard this. Thus, he defended me in a domestic case, where I was being wrongfully accused. I was very vunerable and hurt by the charges that I was facing, all alone with no family to comfort. Then God sent an angel, to defend me and triumph over lies that were set out to destroy me. The charge was dropped and my record was anulle prose'. Mr. Walsh will forever be in my prayer. Today, I am continuing to fulfill my dreams just graduated with a BS in Biological and Physical Sciences/Microbiology and Biology 😇.
