Counsel Jay P. Mykytiuk, I highly recommend, as an out of state resident the D.C. judicial system can be quite confusing. I spoke with numerous "Traffic" attorneys in the area none were informative or enthusiastic in regard to my violation. Jay charged me a very fair retainer compared to other firms I spoke with and it was a turn key no head ache process. If you are looking for an attorney who will litigate not just show up in a suit and take your money go with Jay! Thanks Again!
