After interviews with many lawyers for my case, I was pleasantly surprised how patiently Mr. Curtis listened to the details of my complaint without rushing to conclusions, even though it was long and complicated with many details. Once I finished, he explained several possible grounds for a lawsuitas well as options available and overall strategy. He reviewed what information I had, then clearly identified other data needs. His experience with complicated cases and hard deadlines, was evident in the clarity of documents he generated, regular communication with me, and strategies he employed to get key information in discovery. I was rear-ended in 2015 by a driver who was uninsured, drove a vehicle not belonging to her, with a license plate belonging to another vehicle. Both vehicles were totaled and my car was driven into another vehicle in front of me. He spent more time and effort trying to overcome the incompetence of the insurance claims adjusters and its legal representation. The insurance carrier finally provided a competent attorney and claims adjuster to settle the case. I was pleased with the outcome and feel Mr. Curtis had my interests at heart from the beginning.
