Abrenio Law was referred to me from my lawyer in another matter who was leaving private practice and couldn't help me. James jumped on my issue right away. Once he understood what was going on, he offered a straightforward flat fee. He dug deep into my case. He did interviews, record requests, and trial preparation. He found key evidence I wouldn't have even known to look for. As a result of his being thoroughly ready to go to trial and win, we instead went to court and prevailed without even having to present our case. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Just an update to my earlier review, I ended up with an "oops" speeding ticket--not in a hurry, just lost track of the speed and ended up "tagged" heading into a local town. James negotiated a great deal to a "no points" infraction. So, yes, I paid a fine, but there won't be any points on my DMV record, and my insurance rates are safe from a possible hike. It sucks to get a ticket. Having someone who knows the laws, knows the options, and is willing to negotiate on your behalf is worth every penny. His flat rate structure is also amazing. You don't have to worry about getting "nickeled and dimed" for every photocopy he has to make, every email, or (the worst!) 15 minutes of charges for 2 minute phone calls.

Mrs. Kelly basically shut down a collection agency that had attempted to collect on a mortgage debt that had expired based on the statute of limitations. She was very empathetic to our case and got it completely dismissed. Mrs. Kelly relieved so much anxiety we were feeling thinking we would be on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars. Her and her staff were excellent in communicating what to expect. I would recommend Mrs. Kelly and her staff for anyone that wants a lawyer that is truly on your side and will fight not only for your rights but also for what is morally correct. Attorney Kelly is a dedicated, knowledgeable compassionate fighter and champion for the rights of those like me seeking redress from lenders who apply excessive fees and interest rates to their loans. In my case, I incurred a loan from a jeweler-pawn broker on my ring and the jeweler charged a burdensome and excessive rate of interest. Attorney Kelly was able to secure resolution of my case in a professional and expedient manner whereby I regained possession of my ring. While she acknowledged not having done a pawn broker case before, she handled it like a pro. I would highly recommend her for any professional consumer debt legal services you might need.

I am so grateful for James Abrenio, I had a family that needed legal representation. James Abrenio was recommended to me by my brother-In law. I called him late in the day, left a message and to my surprise he called me back that same day. He asked me all the necessary questions and he went into action immediately, he explained the process to me.
